Aston Martin V12 Zagato Endurance Race Car Specification:

Body: Two door, two seat coupe body Bonded aluminium structure Bespoke steel roll cage. Hand crafted Aluminium body.

Engine: All alloy quad overhead cam 48 valve 5935cc V12 Compression ratio 10.9:1 Front mid-mounted engine, rear wheel drive.

Transmission: Rear mid-mounted, six-speed automated manual gearbox with auto shift manual/select shift manual (ASM/SSM) electric hydraulic control system Magnesium alloy torque tube with carbon fibre propeller shaft Twin Plate competition clutch. Limited slip differential.

Suspension: All round independent double wishbone with fully adjustable Multimatic DSSV dampers. Brakes: Front: Ventilated floating grooved discs with 6 piston callipers Rear: Ventilated floating grooved discs with 4 piston calipers.

This year the race takes place on European soil and promises to deliver with 5 star accommodations, vip parties, and a host of celebrities.

The starting point will be at Covent Garden in London on Thursday May 26. Participants will then travel some 3,000 miles, visiting locations in Paris, Barcelona, Venice, Belgrade and then finishing, hopefully on June 1, in Istanbul, Turkey. The rally will even visit the luxury playground of Monaco for the F1 on May 28 and 29. See route below or click here for detailed routes and stops

13th-Annual-Gumball-3000-Rally

One of the most unique entries this year is a brand new Aston Martin One-77. This supercar Priced at $1.4 million each, the Aston Martin One-77 is an extremely special edition super car limited to only 77 units, all of them already sold to lucky owners who will be getting a 6.0 Liter V12 that makes 700 HP. The One-77 weighs in at a mere 3,300 pounds, thanks in large part to the extensive use of carbon fiber. The One-77 is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 seconds in under 3.5 seconds and will have a top speed well in excess of 200 MPH. In fact, the One-77 became the fastest Aston Martin ever when it reached 220.007 MPH.

The Aston Marin DB6 was blue, open top, had balloons attached, and had L, or learner, plates. It’s owned by Prince Charles and runs on on E85 bioethanol made from English wine wastage.
